When we (my Son-disabled-& I) were looking for a Removalist to relocate us, I spoke with Joe from Step by Step. . We had a LOT of furniture & stuff to move, so we decided on 2 trips. . 1st trip. . all the big furniture, 2nd trip (so I had time to sort out where things would go) a few days later, with the rest. . It worked out so much better for everyone. . Joe & his team were fantastic, very organised & respectful of our furniture. . Would thoroughly recommend them to anyone else who is unsure who to call 👏🏻👏🏻

Joe and his crew were absolutely fantastic helping us relocate between residential homes. They were Prompt, Friendly and Efficient. Best part is that in addition to packing and moving, they also offer assembly services, something not all competitors do. For those not the best at DIY, this is a huge benefit.

I highly recommend Joe and his company. Extremely clear and professional communication throughout the process with fair and reasonable pricing. There was a minor hiccup with my move but Joe went above and beyond to resolve the issue and provided a resolution that went beyond my expectations. It's clear he takes pride in the work he does and it shows.

I used Step By Step Removals for the first time and was very happy with the way the team of 3 men conducted the removal. The gentlemen took the time to carefully dissemble and assemble everything. We had a few narrow pathways and the team were extremely careful with how they transported the furniture. Thank you very much. Wishing the team a successful 2026 ahead!

I cannot stress enough how fantastic Joe and his team were with our recent move. We were moving out of a house with stairs and a very steep driveway, Joe had estimated it would take 5-7 hours but honestly we thought it would end up being closer to 8-9 hours. Joe and his team were so efficient that they knocked the whole move out in less than 4 hours! Joe was amazing at communication in the lead up to the move, and his team were careful with our belongings and extremely polite, checking in with us about what items should go in which room and maintaining a positive and kind attitude throughout what I know would have been a really physically demanding job. We are so grateful and would recommend Step by Step removals to anyone!

The best move ever. The team were very friendly, arrived on time, took great care of our things and went out of there way to help set up the new place. The team organised packers who took all the stress out of packing up (especially the kitchen and office) and then the move team were so helpful and friendly. Truely exceeding all expectations.

From my initial enquiry until the job was completed we had absolute brilliant service and communication. On the day Joe and his offsider were incredible, he knows how to stack a truck to get maximum capacity, everything was handled with respect and strapped in with perfection. They were efficient with their time and just real honest friendly people to deal with. It was such a hot day but they weren't fazed, they just got on with it. I will absolutely use Joe and his team again, they were an absolute pleasure.

Edward and Cesar perfectly completed our move. Efficient, friendly, hardworking, strong and careful. They wrapped all our belongings in blankets and used cling wrap to protect our mattress. All our furniture and belongings were left in the same condition. They were smiling the whole time despite our difficult move. After calling Joe, the owner, he sent through a detailed email about the move plan and was transparent about costing and what to expect. We would happily go with Step By Step Removals again and will recommend them to everyone!
